Hariz spent 10+ years in direct sales — roadshows, door-to-door B2B, CRM and finance products — and built three businesses of his own along the way. Every one hit the same wall: hot leads going cold while the team was mid-call. He saw it wasn't about hiring more people, it was structural. In 2026 he co-founded Trelinx to fix it.

Mahmoud is the technical force behind Trelinx. He architected the platform end-to-end: voice AI, WhatsApp messaging, multi-tenant routing, RAG-grounded knowledge, and the real-time analytics dashboard. He brings 7+ years building production systems, full-stack across React/Next.js and Node.js + AWS. Before Trelinx he co-built K8Studio at CloudOps, a desktop IDE for Kubernetes. What pulled him in: taking voice and messaging AI from “a demo that works once” to a production system that handles real Singapore SME inbound at scale.
