Getting Started

What does Trelinx actually do?
We give you an AI that answers every inbound call and WhatsApp message. It books appointments, collects deposits, and hands off to your team when needed. One dashboard, every outlet, 24/7. Singlish-aware out of the box.
How long does it take to deploy?
First you get a custom demo in days, built on your actual business. Then we set up your knowledge base, AI agents, integrations and telephony. Simple setups go live in about 3 weeks, complex builds about 6. You give us a 15-minute discovery call and your knowledge (URLs, PDFs, FAQs, price lists); no developers needed on your end.
What channels does Trelinx cover?
Voice calls and WhatsApp, inbound and outbound. Trelinx answers every inbound call and message, and makes warm outbound contact too: reminders, callbacks, plus booking and payment links by WhatsApp and SMS.

The AI

Does it actually sound like a real person?
Yes. The voice agent answers in under a second, no awkward pauses, no robotic delivery. It handles interruptions and understands Singlish plus 15+ languages on voice. Most callers don't realise it's AI.
Can the AI answer using my own documents?
Yes. Drop in URLs, PDFs, FAQs and price lists, and the AI pulls from your actual docs during conversations. Accurate answers in your wording. No hallucinations.
Can it book appointments and collect payments during a conversation?
Both. It checks Google Calendar in real time and books on the spot. For deposits, it sends a payment link mid-conversation; HitPay integration covers PayNow, cards and more.
What if the AI can't handle something?

Is Trelinx PDPA compliant?
Yes. Trelinx complies with Singapore's PDPA 2012. Your data is stored on Singapore-region infrastructure, PII is detected and masked, and every action is logged. You can request access, correction or deletion any time, and we respond within 30 calendar days.
Does it understand Singlish?
It does. 'Can lah', 'alamak', 'not free leh', Trelinx gets it and replies naturally. On voice it covers 15+ languages including English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil; on WhatsApp, English, Singlish, Mandarin and Malay.
Which Singapore industries does Trelinx serve?
Tuition and enrichment centres, multi-outlet restaurants, property agency teams, and multi-clinic dental groups. Singapore multi-outlet SME operators (S$5M–100M revenue, 30–200 staff) with high inbound call and WhatsApp volume.
Does Trelinx do outbound cold-calling?
No cold-calling, ever. Trelinx never dials strangers or runs cold campaigns. It does make warm outbound contact with your own customers: callbacks, appointment and payment reminders, follow-ups and win-backs from your CRM.

What integrations does Trelinx support?
Google Calendar, HitPay, Stripe and Shopify out of the box. We add custom integrations (POS, CRM, booking systems) during setup, from S$888. PII protection is built in by default.
Can I run multiple locations on Trelinx?
That's the whole point. One Command Centre across every outlet, with routing per number, unified analytics and a single dashboard. Built for multi-outlet SME operators.

Pricing

How much does Trelinx cost?
Our pricing is public, no demo required to see it. Platform from S$488/mth, voice at S$0.30/min, WhatsApp from S$400/mth, plus S$88/mth per extra outlet. Setup is S$2,888, waived on an annual commit. See the full rate card and ROI calculator on our pricing page.
Can I see it work before committing?
Yes. The demo is 15 minutes. You hear a live AI inbound call (in Singlish if you want) and see it reply on WhatsApp in real time. We also walk through the dashboard and show you the numbers, staff costs vs AI costs, for your business.
How do I pay?
Flexible billing for Singapore businesses, sorted during onboarding once we've sized your usage.

Support & Data

Is my data safe?
Your data stays in Singapore, on Singapore-region infrastructure. PII is detected and masked, all access is logged for audit, and recordings, transcripts and WhatsApp history are retained for 90 days or 12 months depending on your policy. You can pull or delete your data any time. It's yours.
