We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and we respond within 30 calendar days.

  • We only collect data needed to operate the receptionist for our customer (purpose limitation).
  • We identity-verify before acting on access or deletion requests.
  • Deletion is irreversible.
  • Data subject to legal retention obligations may not be immediately removed.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data via our Data Request form. We respond within 30 calendar days per PDPA. Identity verification is required before we act. Data subject to legal retention obligations may not be immediately removed.
